The Committee on Industrial and Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship recommends the Parliament to adopt the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Tours in Ukraine" (re Certificates)

The primary purpose of the bill (Reg. No. 8757) improves state policy concerning organization of tours in Ukraine.

The bill regulates licensing of tours, their organization, holding and registration, holding of charity tours, and responsibility for violation of laws on tours.
